Q: What is your returns policy?

A: We offer a 14 day returns policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original packaging. Please keep proof of purchase.

A: To start a return, contact us at sales@metalplus.uk. We will provide a returns label and instructions once approved. Returns without approval will not be accepted.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery estimates are 2-4 business days.
